Inferiority Complex

Totally topic

Inferiority complex: Normally, I will ask the indian worker to wash my car on Fridays and he will always reply me "boss this boss that". One day, I told him it wasnt necessary to call me boss as I feel over-addressed (if there's such a word). His is hardworking and humble, and i think that speaks for majority of the indian workers who come over to Singapore. Without, these foreign immigrants, Singapore cannot be what it is today. However, social friction inadvertently results and locals often ostracized them. Such social phenomen also occurs between the mexicans and americans, turkish and germans etc etc. Simply put, what i feel about this issue is that putting ourselves in their shoes, it isnt easily to work in a foreign land and being away from their family. As if things aren't worse enough, locals subject you to unncessary social "pressure" making you feel inferior and outcasted. why why why. Social status, fame, power, wealth and all is equivalent to nothing, we come into this world empty and we shall leave empty as well. Highly disillusioned by the way society works and how human behaviour is developed
