GOOD CHARLOTTE "NOISE TO THE WORLD" CONCERT

on tuesday i went wtih candy to good charlotte concert. i have no freaking idea who they are except knowing only one of their song " i just wanna live"

the concert was really loud and jamming. there's the gutiarist who always swing his hair round n round . haha kinda funny i guess it's pretty normal for rock bands to do tat. there were also lots of expats ( politically correct term) and little girls. i dun think guys like rockers that much cos they steal away all the girls.

yea, the concert is ok only cos the music was louder than the voice. i duno why it always happens. Rock songs ALWAYS sounds better on CD. i went home to "research" on them. turns out they got quite a lot of good sounds. personal fav are "world is black" "i just wanna live" "young and hopeless" "i believe"

Firstly , I WANT TO SAY THAT BATMAN BEGINS ROX.June is really a month of great movies. can't wait for initial D and War of the worlds. by the way, i went to watch batman with zhicheng . manage to get him to watch movie finally. don't understand why he doesn't like to watch movies. I like the feeling of entering the cinema. It's like going into another dimension where u can put behind your worries and just indulge yourself in something tat is not real. Oh ya, THE ISLAND trailer looks good too. Looks like another matrix.

first thing first, new blog skin !

secondly, my damn stupid sony TV has died on me after 9 years. really damn sad. it's sold for $50 when it cost $3000 last time. Crap la, dunno what my parents thinking. Now got another one but still prefer the old one. It's the TV that i "chie" winning eleven from generation 3 to 8 with my friends. The same tv that me n zhicheng play dance dance revolution to. haha. anyway it's gone.

AND, the most exciting thing is that my mother got me a piano from my aunt since she don't need it already and my cousin is not interested. I'm going to learn piano from step 1 or join yama. ha, dunno why i've the sudden interest. Regretted last time i didn't learn properly the violin.

LASTLY, i almost lost my live. my vehicle fell into a ditch during the BN prof test. I almost fell out of the VC hatch. the vehicle almost overturned and needs to be recovered using the recovery vehicle.

INCIDENT OF THE WEEK

I was in my men bunk chatting with them when suddenly the storemen (who were chatting outside) rushed in and told me they heard something scary.

They were having a conversation when suddenly they heard

and mind u , it's a women's voice.

i've played in the worst field match ever in my life. lost 5-0.

i've witnessed the most exciting and heartbreaking game of all time. Yes, the english FA cup final. MAN UTD VS ARSENAL. it played all the way to extra time then penalties. Man u was dominating the whole game. Everyone was frustrated how they missed in front of goal. Especially Ruud Van Nisterooy . My hero. You could see the frustration, anxiety and tension in the game. Then penalty. Scholes missed the penalty. Man u lost 5-4. I saw Rio ferdinand cried, i saw scholes looking into empty space without a soul. Bet he feels like Judas as though he lost the whole FA cup himself. Fergerson was pissed off and blasting at keane about how they shouldn't have lost the game as they were dominating.

Still, i love football. That's wat makes it a beautiful game

Went a lot to the beach this feel days. I've been lucky to always live by the sea wherever i am in hk or spore. Last time i used to cycle to east coast park but now, my bike is down. I just walk there and enjoy the scenary.

Ok, on tuesday she ended her freaking long exams but really played only on friday. it's been a long time since i went out to orchard with her and sent her home. it feels new again

we spent the whole of today at orchard. started out eating at billy bombers. didn't know that there's one at heeren. I think it opened recently. but the serving was quite huge. After the meal , started off a 6 hours of non-stop shopping and eating. AND SHE STILL CLAIMED THAT IT"S PART ONE. FREAKING HELL i'm going to die when part two is over !

oh ya another update. haha i happen to win the skill at arms challenge for 40 / 50 in my batalion last week got two trophies. didnt expect to win cos i don't play so much with the weapon than the combat teams besides i'm the only AI in support. Going outfield with my oc this wed but i'm not the VC haha. No prepartion needed. All i need to do is to sit back and relax the outfield. Yes, i mean it. Relax at outfield. Outfield is actually pretty fun and kinda miss it at times. Really hate it in the office.

firstly, not long ago i was involved in the freaking change on command parade ( COC) for chief of armour. then i have to wear the freaking cover-all (think it is spelt this way) for the first time in armour. it's damn hot and freaking inconvenient if u need to settle big business.

i'm involved ( sort of ) in the Chief of Armour change in command parade. i drew out the coverall. It kinda sux cos it;s freaking hot in it and it's hard to shit. it's like u have to strip naked to shit/pee. wonder how the tankies and workshop ppl can toletate wearing it all the time.

Thinking back, i kinda enjoyed the army and is suprised how well i'm coping 1 year 3 month already. maybe the xiong part is not yet here, well who cares. the 2 biggest regrets in army is tat i rejected the commandos before i enlisted. since being in armour is already quite xiong might as well xiong a bit more then can get the honour of the red beret. another regret is missing out on the pilot. was this close but the opportunity was gone.
